Bank of Botetourt – Cave Spring

Bank of Botetourt was looking to expand its reach within the Roanoke area and made the decision to put a branch near Cave Spring. We worked with Bank of Botetourt to identify potential sites in the area that would accommodate their needs. A retail building along a high traffic intersection was selected for the new branch location.

Hughes developed a design that incorporated the already existing retail building into the design. The final design includes expanding the building to create a new prominent front entrance, a drive-up teller island with a canopy, and renovating the building into offices. Site work included reconfiguring parking and traffic circulation for the remote teller location.
